Tech Zync, LLC (“Tech Zync”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) is a Texas-based healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) company. We provide professional medical billing, coding, credentialing, patient invoicing, denial management, reporting, and administrative support services to healthcare providers and medical organizations.

We do not provide medical advice or clinical services.

3. Eligibility

To use our Services, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age or a legally incorporated entity.

  • Have the authority to enter into legally binding agreements.

  • Use the Services in compliance with applicable healthcare regulations, including HIPAA.

4. Our Services

Tech Zync offers the following services:

  • Medical billing and electronic claims submission

  • ICD-10, CPT, and HCPCS coding

  • Denial management and Accounts Receivable (AR) follow-up

  • Credentialing and payer enrollment support

  • Patient billing, invoicing, and statement generation

  • Customizable reporting and real-time revenue analytics

  • Compliance consulting and practice revenue optimization

We reserve the right to modify, enhance, or discontinue any services at our discretion.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients of Tech Zync agree to:

  • Provide accurate and timely patient, provider, and payer information.

  • Obtain and maintain proper patient authorizations as required by HIPAA.

  • Cooperate in resolving any claim discrepancies or denials.

  • Remit payment for services in accordance with signed agreements or invoices.

Failure to meet these responsibilities may result in delays, claim denials, or suspension of services.

6. Data Security & HIPAA Compliance

Tech Zync is fully committed to data security and regulatory compliance. We adhere to the standards set by:

  • The Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA)

  • The Health Information Technology for Economic and Clinical Health (HITECH) Act

  • Relevant state and federal privacy regulations

We utilize secure servers, encrypted data transmission, role-based access control, and regularly audited systems to ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and security of Protected Health Information (PHI).

Clients must also ensure any data shared with Tech Zync is transmitted securely and lawfully.

7. Privacy Policy

Please refer to our Privacy Policy for detailed information on how we collect, use, store, and protect personal and client information. The Privacy Policy is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, features, logos, trademarks, software, and designs displayed on the Tech Zync website and platform are the exclusive property of Tech Zync and are protected under United States and international copyright and intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any part of our Services without written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tech Zync shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of revenue, profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of our Services.

In no event shall Tech Zync’s total liability to you exceed the amount paid for services within the 12 months preceding the event that gave rise to the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Tech Zync, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses (including attorney fees) arising out of:

  • Your use of the Services

  • Your violation of these Terms

  • Any violation of applicable laws, including HIPAA

  • Your provision or misrepresentation of patient or client data

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our Services at any time, with or without cause or notice, including but not limited to:

  • Breach of contract or these Terms

  • Non-payment for services rendered

  • Security risks or regulatory non-compliance

  • Fraudulent or unlawful behavior

Upon termination, any outstanding fees remain due, and access to client portals or services will be revoked.

12. Dispute Resolution

All disputes or claims arising out of or related to these Terms or our Services shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA), and conducted in the State of Texas.

Each party shall bear its own legal costs unless otherwise determined by the arbitrator.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions.

14. Updates to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Effective Date.” Your continued use of the Services after changes have been made constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

15. Severability

If any provision in these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

16. Entire Agreement

These Terms, along with the Privacy Policy and any signed service agreements, constitute the entire agreement between you and Tech Zync regarding your use of our Services.
