T Zync was founded by Junaid, who spent roughly six years in revenue cycle management at CareCloud before building the company. That background shapes how T Zync operates: specialty-aware review rather than generic claim processing, prevention built into the workflow rather than bolted on afterwards, and reporting written for the person who has to make a decision from it.
The company works with independent physician practices, primarily in Texas, Arizona and Florida, across nephrology, rheumatology, behavioral health and primary care. Practice leaders have a named point of contact, and escalations reach leadership directly rather than a queue.
