Information we receive
When you submit a website form, T Zync receives the contact details, service interest and message you provide. Technical hosting systems may also process standard request data needed to deliver and protect the website.
How information is used
Submitted information is used to respond to your enquiry, understand requested services, maintain ordinary business records and protect the website from misuse. T Zync does not sell information submitted through the public contact form.
Protected health information
The public website and contact form are not an approved channel for patient records or protected health information. Do not include PHI in any website submission. If a business relationship requires sensitive information, T Zync will identify an appropriate approved channel.
Service providers and retention
Information may be processed by hosting, email and security providers required to operate the site. Records are retained only as reasonably needed for the enquiry, business obligations, security and applicable legal requirements.
